I pick this card so that I can accumulate points and use them to my advantage. I wish they would automatically tranfer points in my account

They have the worst customer service, especially when it comes to financing plans. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with them this month and they still can't refund me the extra money they made me pay! Really TERRIBLE.
