I only got the card to get a free $20 reward to go against a purchase I made on Amazon other than that I didn't want it
We booked our flight with Avion points to Grenada and Air Canada cancelled the flight. I finally got through to RBC rewards for travel after six attempts and was advised that we would receive our points back and the cash back to our credit cards within 60 days. We received a credit from Air Canada on our seat bookings within two weeks. I have contacted Avion and cannot get through. When I finally managed to get a callback I was out on hold for 50 minutes with no callback. Second attempt they called and told me to call back.
This is the worst customer service and I am in the process of cancelling my Avion card.
