Called 45 days in advance to have Flood policy cancelled, no action taken by the agency. Called several times in between to follow up and still not cancelled. Told about FEMA regulations and informed mortgage about the request. Not cancelled. Agency stated needing signed documents which were emailed to the agency. Still not Cancelled. What do you have to do to switch agencies? They tell you it's handled, take your money and don't care. Follow up on Horribly Screwed.
