It’s the bank I deal with... So, it is natural to go with them. The manager was good enough to explain the whole process.
Don't really know. I guess they are a trusted bank and very easy to deal with. Good customer service reviews and nice.

The process was easy. A person always called us back, we never had issues with our payments. No surprises with what we were agreeing to. The rates were not too bad.
