could have better mortgage rate if I waited for a few more weeks. Unable to bargain for lower rate at time of renewal.

I do all my banking with them and they have good customer service. The staff was very helpful and guided me through the process. Everything was handled professionally and I felt very comfortable dealing with them.
they provide everything I would expect but I am neither impressed or unimpressed with their offerings. Anything less and I would think they are not doing enough.

There is no customer service - i have called in the past and have had no response. In the beginning, I had to go to the branch to see someone because the payment schedule was not correct.
