Don't really know. I guess they are a trusted bank and very easy to deal with. Good customer service reviews and nice.
The customer services was excellent as they sat us down and explained it point by point. They even allow us to change the rate sometimes before the renewal date is up for expiration. The rate is in line or just under other rates so the service was excellent.
