It was a very quick and efficient process. We found it stress free. We can see all details of mortgage online when we sign in to our banking. We are contacted when our mortgage is up for renewal and TD gives us a loyalty interest rate that we are happy with.

we have had really good experiences over the years we have had our mortgage (9 years) I can see it on line when it was coming up for renewal we were advised to do it earlier rather than later as at that time rates were very low. (so did it 2 months earlier than we could have) was a good decision!
