The rate was average but it was the best I could get. The term was low. I wanted to get a fixed rate.

Lowest at the time. My dad was our real easte agent so he knew how to negotiate everything and what questions to ask etc

My wife handled the majority of the details. The application process was easy as the mortgage broker handled the bulk of it.

Mortgage was set up by a broker. Some adjustments needed to be made in the beginning and it was more work than it should have been. Frequent annoying calls from them to offer credit products that we already have with other banks.

Overall it's been fine. The renewal process was a bit painful but mostly because I had a rookie mortgage lender at the time.

simple talked laymans language no issues no surprises. Application process took less than an hour and approved right away rate was ok always want lower but met our budget

Good service. A representative tried to answer all my questions and help to the best of her ability. She helped me understand the different options that I could take.
