our lender made everything easy to understand and helped us with other issues that we didn't initially bring up. we can see our mortgage and interest expenses online
The initial experience was challenging. I would not have switched had I known the challenges. Slow. My customer service representative was not helpful.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Slow slow service. Get the runaround constantly. Unless you have nerves of steel and at least 3 months to close your deal, just go to Scotia bank. I wish we would’ve instead of giving them a chance to keep our business.
