Royal bank customer service are great people and easy to talk with. They explain things clearly. The mortgage rates are incredibly low. . I'm also able to access it on line for viewing. I'm glad to be with royal bank.

They have tons of pre-payment options. Have had more than one through RBC and it was an easy process every time.
