Nothing special to talk about. Chose this bank because of the low rate compare to other banks. No other reasons.

This is the first and only one mortgage that I have had. I think they are fair.

Service wasn't very good even though we have excellent credit ratings and the value of the mortgage is only about 10% of the value of the house - agent talked down to us.

Service and knowledge from CIBC mortgage representative was very good and it was a smooth process. As well the fixed mortgage rate for the five year term was very good and very competitive within the money marketplace.

All questions and details were answered with clarity. Rate was not the cheapest but close. No problems what-so-ever. The experience was rather pleasant and complete.

confusing to understand the process to fill out application. Needed help to understand questionaire. Call csr and had to walk throuh application with them over phone.
