We were able to have most things dealt with over the phone as my husband and I worked opposite hours. As well as having a 2 year old it was difficult to go to the bank all the time.
The experience I had was wonderful. I did not have any problems whatsoever. It was very smooth. It was set up properly, no headache at all.

It was easy and they seem to handle all of it. I was very pleased and I would probably stay with them for ever because they have always done right by me.
It is all about the bank and not about the customer regardless of how they position it. Features only benefit the bank. Always hard to get everything set up properly.

i been with this bank since i was 16 so they were my first choice in looking into going with when looking for my very first home
This is the first and only one mortgage that I have had. I think they are fair.

Nothing special to talk about. Chose this bank because of the low rate compare to other banks. No other reasons.
I found the process through Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce very time consuming and difficult. Never before with any other lenders have I had such a difficult time. It was in no ways easy at all....
