The application process was straightforward as I had the mortgage on my last property with CIBC. The rates were even lower due to the timing of my home purchase so win-win. All in all a painless experience.

We can see the mortgage online via our bank account and I gave CIBC that rating because it has always provided us with excellent costumer care and looked after our banking interests and needs
I never had any problems. Everything always went smoothly. Customer service was always pleasant. I think i had a very good rate as well.
Service wasn't very good even though we have excellent credit ratings and the value of the mortgage is only about 10% of the value of the house - agent talked down to us.

Service and knowledge from CIBC mortgage representative was very good and it was a smooth process. As well the fixed mortgage rate for the five year term was very good and very competitive within the money marketplace.
All is good with our mortgage provider primarily due to to the excellent assistance provided by their rep. I have dealt with the same individual for our last 3 house purchases. He is great.
All questions and details were answered with clarity. Rate was not the cheapest but close. No problems what-so-ever. The experience was rather pleasant and complete.

CIBC is my main bank. So I applied the mortgage with CIBC to get a better rate. The service at CIBC is great.
