Great employees that helped set up and explain everything i needed to know getting into my current mortgage. Had the most competitive rate and would match any offer I brought their way.
We have been quite annoyed with them. Things they told us would work one way ended up working another. They also pester you on the phone constantly

All good, renewed with them twice and always been positive. Good payback options and extra payments when you have the cash and rates have always been good. Timing has worked for us with low mortgage rates when ours is up. They have never given us a reason to leave.
Renewal process made it very easy to keep my business with the Royal Bank as opposed to moving it elsewhere
I believe we used a broker who put us in contact with RBC. The rate seemed quite good and was one of the least difficult Banking experiences I've generally experienced.

The mortgage broker was not very knowledgeable and when it came time to renew our mortgage, the mortgage specialist was very slow and did not respond to my emails.
With RBC since 1965. Find service great and have had no reason to change. I have receive a good mortgage rate and customer service has always been good
All my accounts are with RBC so it was normal to continue to inquire about mortgage and after application I was qualified. So this was it.
