We moved our mortgage from BMO to RBC and it was a very easy experience. We really had no issues and the person we dealt with was very knowledgeable.
My customer service experience was pretty decent. I can't really complain The people were all nice and easy to deal with

It was super easy we went in they told us how much I would need for down payment and got approved
They made it easy and explained the process and answered all my questions. They were able to get me a low rate as well that they did not lock until they were sure it could not go any lower.
The application was very quick and smooth and the rate was competitive - close to the lower rates through brokers. The mortgage is accessible online and the features (ie loc portion) are easy to use - we use the loc monthly since I am a student

The Royal Bank was very helpful in answering any questions and when we applied for the mortgage. Also very helpful in explaining how we can bring it down faster.
great customer service and they are willing to work with me when life happens. No matter what time of night and they do great follow up ..
Mortgage options near the end of the mortgage were clearly outlined.The customer service advisor was helpful in suggesting the best way to finish off the mortgage while we were waiting for some inheritance to come in.

Worst customer service we've ever experienced. Forgot to lock in our rate so we ended up paying .5% more for our mortgage.
