Mortgage is ok - nothing special. I'm able to pre-pay 20% which is nice. I am able to see the mortgage on-line which is good.
Excellent options for acceleration in payback. Great variable rates. No discharge fee was demanded. What often is a 25 year commitment took 6 years to retire
rates and terms not available from other banks; they got my business by calling me up when my mortgage was coming up at TD and offered a below prime variable rate that TD refused to match

I would switch now if there was not a penalty to switch elsewhere. Not happy with them at all. I am not happy...
Unlike major banks, MCAP is not passing down Bank of Canada latest 0.5 cut to their customers. Their prime is 0.5 higher than major banks. Shameful. I Will not be renewing with MCAP. And don’t even get me started with their nonresponsive customer service. You will waste hours trying to call them - line is always busy. But that has been happening for over 4 years.
