we used a mortgage broker so it was quite easy the lender was clear on what they required and we were able to obtain it easily
Just recently able to see mortgage online. Mostly contacted through broker. They have never reached out to check if I had questions or concerns. Never have any promotions.

We have had a good experience with Street Capital as our mortgage lender but have never experienced using any other mortgage lender so don't have anything to compare with.
Went thru mortgage broker however when I needed info regarding The maturity of my mortgage I had to try several times to reach a live person
