Reliable and excellent customer service. Mortgage was set up very quickly and easily. When renewing, a process was quite easy and fast - no hassle at all.
Haven't had any issues with them. We can make an extra payment a year. I believe we can port the mortgage as well if we choose.

very quick and easy process. It took no time at all to get everything finished.I received the paperwork filled it out and was approved in no time.
No issues with mortgage application. Was happy with rate and service I received. Would have liked to make semi monthly payments to match payroll but they don't offer this option

I was approved for my second mortgage with a low interest rate and street capital provides me with a regular record of account.
It was a mortgage broker that set me up with Street Capital so I am not experienced with how things worked since this is the first time I had dealt with having a mortgage.

SC has been a great company to deal with they offer great rates and high quality customer service. if given the option again I they would be my first choice.
