Overall a simple process to apply and get approved. Rates were always competitive or below other's posted rates with limited negotiation required.
I've used PC Mortgages for at least 4 properties. I've been able to port and blend without difficulties when moving. Their rates are low but not the lowest. No issues with extra payments. I can see my mortgage with online banking. I've never had one setup incorrectly.
It was a while ago. Nothing terrible sticks out though. Good customer service, good rates.
