I believe it was an average experience. The person I dealt with was competent but I never got the feeling that they were going above and beyond to discuss all my options or all the potential features or benefits of my mortgage. The rate wasn't the best on the market but I did not have the time or patience to shop around otherwise I know I could have done better with the rate.

TD mortgage rate is a little bit high comparing with other bank or institute. And their efficiency is not so good
