I deal with scotia bank but cmhc was insurance on both my homes. My provider at scotia bank leaves a little to be desired. Not very thorough and seems a little uneducated for the position
I have no comments regarding this. Everything was fine. Everything was explained well enough and I got what I needed
I did not understand why a modular home mortgage is always higher than for a standard house ? I have had a mortgage with them for 10 years now.

CMHC has never caused me any grief. All payment options were explained in terms of interest rate payment frequency insurance fees and auto withdraw. Recently I have been able to view my mortgage details online. I have been offered to speed up my payments once per year.
Average. Nothing special. Dont use other mortgages so cant really compare what others have to offer. Meetings with them are helpful in understanding the process which is helpful
I think the mortgage rates are WAY too high and how much you have to put down is outrageous. They make it hard for low income families to get ahead.
