Having difficulty removing a person from the mortgage. I wish the process was easier and I wasn't fully informed from the beginning that the process was harder then inexpected

The application was long and new things kept popping up but they did end up approving. I can't do online banking with the mortgage because I don't have an bank account with the bank.
Explanations were thorough and excellent. It was set up properly and I was taken care of. The customer service was above average and they really helped me out.
I have a great mortgage rate but I can't comment on anything else because it is a new mortgage less than a year old.

I received my mortgage 9.5 years ago. It was renewed 4.5 years ago. They called me 4.5 years ago to see if I wanted to renew. I did. Now I wait for the next call. They take care of everything as long as I pay. I'm happy.
I had an all in one product which allowed me to purchase a home while selling my other home and being able to repay most of the balance in my line of credit with the proceeds. It is an excellent product.

all okay but LOC is a bit difficult to access. I can take out only $2000/day. I can pay back only via etransfer.
Customer service is excellent. We have renegotiated our mortgage several times and the bank always works hard to keep our business.
