Because I was allowed to pay an extra 25% of my original mortgage I was able to pay off my mortgage 3 years earlier without penalty.

Customer service was great. All my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. They were able to set up my mortgage quickly.
Online banking, easy to add a mortgage. Would not port over mortgage rate. Worked to get a better rate ... Willing to go elsewhere. Good repayment terms and early payment amounts
Since it was over ten years ago that I first got this mortgage I don't recall much of the details but I recall that it was easy and I've renewed with them since. I probably could have gotten better rates.
