It wasn't a bad experience however there are other things I'd rather do i.e. go fishing...
Aside from the little hiccups we had at the beginning. Just mus information between departments our mortgage experience has been very good. Easy to understand the paperwork easy to see on line. We have the option of prepayments but haven't had the opportunity to use it. We can also lock in at any time making it a very useful mortgage. And we have the option of only one of us getting emails or both.
