They barely have English speaking reps. The mortgage adviser was trying to enforce the insurance on us. It wasnt that easy to get in touch with the rep he always had his assistant call us and she doesnt speak English. We did get a good rate and although they made mistakes with the mortgage they fixed it right away in a short delay
