I was in a head on collision with a transport truck and fell behind on 2 payments, I was given a deadline to pay it, but they revoked my online billing, and the deadline was on a holiday, so there was no customer support, they cancelled my policy, and refused to reinstate it. Then I find out that I had 2 cancellations on my profile, instead of changing my policy when I got a new car, they cancelled it completely and started a new one, with a balance of less than $20 remaining on my old policy so they coded it in their system as cancellation for non-payment. 2 strikes against me, and now I can't get covered anywhere unless I pay at least 6 months in advanced, I likely won't drive again, I can't afford it on a fixed income. WORST INSURANCE EVER
