Made a claim against two charges
same place on the same day.
Capital One removed the charges.
Due to the ZERO LIABILITY for fraudulent or unauthorized charges.
THEN put them back on.
Now after several months of dealing with this they're saying that too much time has now passed & offered me $100 compensation.
The charges made are for over $600 and I'm supposed to be content with this offer.
The NAME, ADDRESS & EMAIL do not match in fact not even close.
For over 20 years I've used Mastercard.
Now the service is getting worse.
Can barely understand the customer service people.
And their own policy doesn't matter.
