Trois heures d'attente au téléphone pour me transférer à un autre. Encore deux heures d'attente pour ne même pas être capable de réactiver ma carte, Ils ont barré ma carte car j'ai dépassé de trois jours. Pour le paiement ma cote de crédit est excellente et je n'ai jamais de retard de paiement. Je suis vraiment déçu du service .
