I called MBNA Mastercard customer service many times. I only want to verify their name for the online payment setup from my bank account. Since they have the name of MBNA Canada Mastercard from the searching result, but in the card, it also shows Amazon.ca.
I call them many times and never got answered. Only waiting, waiting and waiting. The only reason I am calling them is to pay the bills.
This is ridiculous and crazy. If I am the boss I will fire all the customer service agents. Since they don't add any value for the company profit only leave bad reputations to the honest customers.
The long waiting time for the credit card company also shows the sign of their service quality and product quality getting worse. There might be many customers waiting in line to complain about their product.
