It is great to know you offer me a card, I apply. Then you get my score dropped by 20 points (which is a lot). I haven't had a response for 71 days as the status? I call for answers and keep getting transferred. I have never been so frustrated as you have all my info? Seems like a scam company to me- professionals are not scared to satisfy their customers, success is satisfaction. All I have to say is get your stuff together and ill keep the rest of my thoughts to myself.
