Last phone call as I went online and it said that I had to call their customer service line.
48 mins and no one ever did help me... I had entered my card number and put it on hold.
Tried again a little later. Still sat on the line waiting for an actual human to help... no one ever did!!
This week... 18 mins and I gave up!! And I went on to cancel a lost or stolen card... seriously you guys sooo bad!

My card was closed by error while in good standing for 8 years. $80 of points were stolen from me all while they told me they could fix the problem but never did. Wasted 6 hours over my life over the span of a week trying to deal with this and ended up with nothing. No way of calling who I need to speak to, was just told they would call me.
