A solid credit card for travellers like me since it does not charge a foreign transaction fee and also offer a lot of travel insurance such as medical coverage, delayed luggage and more. Also has a rental car insurance feature. I am giving it 4 and not 5 stars for a relatively steep annual fee of $139.
Several times, I've been able to login to scene plus, see my balance of points and do everything BUT redeem points.
I've tried on multiple browsers, different devices and it doesn't work.
The customer service agents at scene plus honestly seem like they don't understand English and are unable to redeem points for you.
Long story short, you're paying an annual fee for 'rewards' that are often impossible to access.
