If you do your shopping in Walmart, this card is for you, especially when buying products from Walmart online, 3% is not too bad, with no annual fee.
Here are the downsize.
1 - If you apply online and are approved when you receive the card and call to activate it, you will get transferred to the "security department", they will ask you to "fax" a copy of your ID and a utility bill. Is better to apply in person.
2 - You can fax it right away but on average they will take a month to get back to you and "unlock" the card.
3 - Their customer service are from the Philippines, some of them speak and OK English, sadly most of them you can barely understand what they are saying. Good luck if you come across a not valid transaction and or lost or stolen card.
4 - When dealing with their call center if a representative does not have an answer to your question, they just will hang up on you.
If you are willing to overlook the above facts, well enjoy your card.
