Poor support

The service is completely unusable. No live chat, one-hour wait minimum, they screwed up my last insurance claim to show me as liable when I wasn't. Avoid.
Very bad service. I was with La Capital and they got bought by Beneva, now they keep increasing prices and decreasing the quality of service. My inground pool is leaking, I called them and they couldn't answer any questions. Tried filing a claim, but they NEVER sent anyone. All I got is an email asking me for pictures, which I had already sent. I sent them again (even got a camera in the plumbing to show the problem). They never replied. 1 month later they closed the case without any reason. I replied to them asking what was going on. No answer. THEY LITERALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. They just want to steal your money and when you need help they will NOT help you. Stay away from this garbage insurance company.

This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We have been trying for 3 weeks to update our insurance after major renovations on our property. As requested after the first call, where a new value was agreed upon, I have sent the photos.
No follow-up. Called back, waited an hour more, was transferred from one agent to another between La Capital and Beneva, and had to answer all the questions already answered during the first call, after 2h30 on the line, the line cut... They never called back. I called again... Something happened again, this time after 3h30 on the line the line cut again, and again they never called back.
Contacted a personnel contact to get some service, they were supposed to call the next day to fix the situation, they called 3 days later, but missed the call, we were in a meeting they did not leave any name or number to call back.
Called back the next day, and asked to speak to the manager, they gave me a name and said he would be calling back in the next half hour....never happened
Not to talk about our 4 other insurances on other properties that increased from 15 to 44%, for not making any claim, never!!!!
This company is terrible, never seen this in my entire life, still working to get my answers and coverage adjusted before I can find another insurance company.
I have been waiting 55 minutes and no one has answered the phone yet due to a greater number of calls... Yeah right, we are taken hostage by the poor customer service wake up Beneva.

Extremely poor customer support. I had to wait 2 hours in queue on phone. I had tried to do the transaction myself online. But a message said it had to be done over the phone with customer support
