service is good , everything clear , if there is change you can talk with them and they are open to offer a solution. however the price is little high , but i had a good experience with state farm. recommended company

No claims lately. Rates seem to have increased lately.
I was for 18 years with Statefarm. Could not match competitor's rates when bought a new vehicle. Did not try to fight for my business. Disappointing.

I have been very pleased with this insurance company. I recently was in a car accident, they were very professional, helpful, and made the claims experience easy to handle and paid me equitably for my loss.
We have been with StateFarm for 10 years now and so far we have not had any problems. Mind you, we have not needed to make any claims so are blissfully unaware as to how well they handle claims. As to the quality of our agents, they have always been polite, knowledgeable, and responded in a timely fashion. So far I am satisfied with our quality of service.
