Hello, I'm writing you tonight to express my awesome experience at the Westland insurance store (4074-200th Street Langley (Brookswood) Branch. I had the pleasure to purchase my insurance today through Insurance Advisor Emily. I must say Emily was very welcoming on my arrival, I could tell by just the way she explained my insurance plan to me it came across as well dedicated and professional and easy to understand. I hope that other co-workers across the system will adopt her leadership, it was refreshing to see her so happy at work.

The agents at the Uptown location in Victoria were great to deal with. They helped me understand the flawed online ICBC premium estimator which showed it was $125 less and also helped me work through getting a good premium for my private insurance during a time where my previous broker was closed due to Covid-19. Great customer service!

This is the first time I ever leave feedback on some services. First of all thanks to all the team of Westland for being there and supporting the clients during of COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, special thanks to the agent at the uptown branch in Victoria who spent the time needed to check out the best price option for my renewal as I was considering putting my coverage on hold. The agent from the Kamloops office went well beyond good customer service. She took extra time to ensure a new drive understood the insurance policy and terms and was friendly and positive. Thank you. The only challenge was the new insurance rules the recently came in effect Due to one small accident the insurance rate for the new driver more than doubled. A rate of over $450 a month is not reasonable.
