Car insurance policy cancelled

Worst company insurance ever... they told my husband to pay an amount and they deducted it in his bank only to find out after two months that the amount they deducted was insufficient of only 18$ and they didnt contact him by phone or email they just send a letter that they cancelled his policy... very unprofessional...
