Long wait times, and people not trained properly. Takes forever to get anyone, at least 30min or longer. Horrible, horrible, horrible would not recommend to anyone.

I have never had a claim or issues. But to just cancel I had to wait 5 hours. Their call-back option was 5 days later.

Stay away!!!
