I was looking for car and condo insurance. And the broker made it fast easy and explained everything well to me. Agent did a good job in explaining and making me feel comfortable with the decision to go with pc insurance.
I’ve inquired different insurance companies - it’s tiring and the processing took too long.
I tried PC Insurance and sales broker made everything fast and easy.

Long wait times, and people not trained properly. Takes forever to get anyone, at least 30min or longer. Horrible, horrible, horrible would not recommend to anyone.

Adrian is my agent's name. He is always really quick to respond and is always so helpful. I have never been so impressed by an insurance provider before. Between moving twice in a year, and adding and removing new policies. I highly recommend!
I recently had a negative experience with this company and was disappointed with the level of service I received. My auto insurance policy was canceled because I was unable to make my payment because the agent gave me an incorrect account number! This is extremely frustrating! I reached out to the agent prior cancellation of auto insurance in a month however the agent did not respond to my email. I followed up to figure out to make the payment to avoid cancellation and she got back to me before 5 days of the cancellation. She told me that I need to make the payment through banking and she provided me with the account number to make the payment, however when I put the account number on the banking system account showed up and I emailed her back and told her that I am unable to make the payment because the account does not appear, he replied that the account information that she provided is correct, so I thought I put wrong account number so I tired multiple time but I got the same message "the account number is not valid."
I emailed her the same day however she did not answer my email, but I called her office, no answer, however, she emailed me on the date of the auto policy cancellation and informed me that my auto insurance has been canceled for nonpayment. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
Based on my recent experience with PC insurance, I would not recommend them to anyone. The level of service and professionalism was lacking, and it was an overall negative experience.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. When seeking a quote for car and home insurance, I was asked what I was currently paying. I told them. Then the salesperson gave me a quote undercutting my current insurer. I got a call later saying there was a premium increase of $21. I still thought it was worth it. My credit card was charged for the purchase. When I got the documents from the insurer, I found I had to pay an additional $312. This was 15% more than I was originally quoted. When I contacted salesperson, he told me to contact service. Very lengthy delay on trying to get through.
I will not ever deal with PC financial as a broker again.
