PC Insurance has extremely poor customer service, it takes forever for an existing customer to able to speak with any broker. Many of their representatives are very unfriendly with zero customer satisfaction.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. When seeking a quote for car and home insurance, I was asked what I was currently paying. I told them. Then the salesperson gave me a quote undercutting my current insurer. I got a call later saying there was a premium increase of $21. I still thought it was worth it. My credit card was charged for the purchase. When I got the documents from the insurer, I found I had to pay an additional $312. This was 15% more than I was originally quoted. When I contacted salesperson, he told me to contact service. Very lengthy delay on trying to get through.
I will not ever deal with PC financial as a broker again.
