Try and phone in to report a breach of card security. On hold 3 times for over 5 hours. Get a CALL BACK OPTION.
I do not recommend this upgrade. This card is a joke. $399 annually for hardly anything that is of use. First of all, the "concierge" is useless you are put on hold and have to wait "due to current call volumes" thanks! Secondly, did you know that anyone can park in the "Visa Infinite Privilege" parking spots at the airport!? I was told specifically it was complimentary by the "concierge" over the phone the day prior as I had inquired. So that tells me what else is really a "benefit" for $399 a year nothing. Do not waste your money or time getting this card if you are thinking about it. It is highly disappointing, to say the least.

We have been RBC visa infinite clients for years. Generally satisfied. Upgraded to the RBC Infinite Privilege card this past year and it has just been terrible. Cannot reach the Concierge service (gave up after a 30 minute hold on the phone), the travel agent has so many restrictions that it is difficult to use the point (more difficult than in the past). Last fall we wanted to book a Michelin 3 star restaurant in Italy. Called the Visa Concierge. They eventually got back to me that it was impossible. Except for the fact that I thought that I should also try booking it online since I was not hearing back and there were tables readily available. Disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager at Visa about these issues and was told no one was available and that they would have to call me back. Never did hear back. For the $750 fee per year, I don't think it's even close to being worth it.
I have been waiting a month to be reimbursed by RBC for a ticket I purchased using the credit-point option. Was told initially 5 to 7 working days. They do not respond to any email inquiries. And keep getting the run around from the phone representatives. Never again will I use RBC Avion nor do I recommend it to anyone.
