They promise if you apply for a PC MasterCard you’ll receive 250,000 optimum points. Received my first 50,000 then waited on the phone for 2 hours two more times wondering where the rest of the points are. They inform me there is no such promotion and 6 months later I’m still here without my points.
Please read the reviews before you apply for this card it’s the worst customer service. So I just paid off the remaining balance and I will be making the 2-hour call to them to cancel my card it’s not worth the headache or aggravation that comes with dealing with this company.
RUN! There are better companies out there.
Very frustrated dealing with PC Mastercard! Got the card in the summer during a promotion of 100,000 points. Get the card… don’t get the points, advised I applied wrong:( ok. Keep the card then in December get a letter advising my card will be frozen if I don’t provide ID( keep in mind I have been using this card for roughly 6 months. 4 yes 4 hours wasted told to go to PC store to resolve.. guess what not must send on “ possibly “ secure email. Then on vacation and card is frozen! Call they want to again verify Id. Is this card worth the bother???? Caution to all!!!

Worst customer service ever... A lot of technical issues and so long wait time. If you have so many customer problems then hire more people.
Worst customer service and worst bank ever!!! Calling 3 times to talk with someone waiting in total more than 8 hours and no help at all!
I have called on several occasions and sat on hold for hours! I've talked to 3 customer service agents who were not able to help! The first one said a supervisor wasn't in until 9 and would call me back. The second agent was transferring me to a supervisor and he either hung up or the line dropped. The third agent just today took my number once again and the supervisor still hasn't returned my phone call! Such poor customer service! I work for a call center myself and this kind of business definitely wouldn't fly with them! You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. My Mastercard still isn't activated. I wouldn't give any stars for this rating if it would let me bypass that part to finish!!

I'm just trying to cancel my deceased father's credit card and have spent a total of 7.5 hours on hold over the past 2 weeks to try to get a hold of a customer service representative. Absolutely insane and would never recommend it to anyone!
Had a fraudulent charge on the card, the card was not stolen.
Waited on the phone for over 3 hours before the issue was resolved.
Funny that when the new card came in, to get it operating only took 4 minutes.
This is unacceptable.
They made an error on my account (according to them) and I have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes counting to talk to them so they can fix an error on their end. This error has caused me to be locked out of my online account so this is my only option.

Several emails, final got a response, said they would send this to an advisor and someone would contact me by phone in 2-3 days, 10 days later no contact...

I have had a PC Mastercard for 15+ years. When it works, it's great. If anything goes wrong, getting any kind of support from PC Financial will be a nightmare.
A while back, the tap feature on my card stopped working. I ordered a new one. I tried to activate it on the website, but the system wouldn't let me enter the activation code. I called the helpline, which put me on hold and scolded me repeatedly for not solving the problem using their useless website. I waited for maybe an hour and a half.
During this time, I actually walked to a store location and visited the PC Financial kiosk. The guy there told me that PC Financial deliberately made people wait for hours for telephone support, and would not help me anyway.
I hung up and called the next day, and after another hour and a half on hold, I finally reached someone. She told me that she would not do anything to help me, and in a rude and disapproving tone, told me to do it on the website. I told her that the online activation wasn't working. So she told me to call a different telephone support line. I called that one, which sent me into a series of useless online menus, but wouldn't put me through to anybody.
