Got approached in the store by a lovely lady. Took all my info and she told me I would be contacted. The contact turned into an interrogation worse than homeland security. Got told I needed proof of existence when the lady took all my vital info in the store, in the end, had to abandon the application - all this just to earn points. Complete intrusion and not great customer service. I had to wait on hold for a while, they claimed system issues.
I got my card and started using it. They put a hold on it until I proved who I was and then I had to pay 700 to be able to use it again. My minimum payment was only 50 to which I paid on time. I only used 1000 ish on the card and they want me to pay 700 to use it??? I gave them all the documents they asked for and still a month later they never even looked at it. Now they are looking at it because I called them. This could take days or weeks who knows. I asked them to take off the hold, I mean I’ve proved who I am and I am making my payments, so what’s the problem?? Well, they want me to still pay 700 or the hold stays on the card. Ridiculous!!! I have other card and never had a problem, but these guys don’t care. Don’t get this card! What a joke!!!

The only reason they get 1 star is because they answer the calls and I can't give a "0". They increase your limit happily and then cancel the card without warning even if your payments are current. Awful company. I feel like they cancelled me because I racked up $2000 in PC points and cashed out for prepaid Visa cards. This is the only explanation I can give for their behaviour. Be careful about getting things for free. Like points...they don't like to give things away...
Changed and updated address. They sent me mail late and charged interest. They admitted it wasn't my fault as I recorded them. Refused to refund money. Couldn't cancel the card as I owe them 1.00 dollar. Pathetic company and pathetic customer service. I stopped buying any of their products and will never use them again.
I have this card for 1.5 years now and no trouble paying them. I started with $2000 credit limits in 2017 and pay them always on time and above minimum payment every month. Then in April 2018, my limit decreases to $1600. When I called, I was told that I was overlimit for the past 3 months (due to interset $30 over the limit), ok fine, so I started paying $500 every month from April, May and this month June. When I checked my account online today, my credit limit decreases again to $1100 as I called today and spoke to the customer rep, she says, they like the way I pay and I am always on time no past due but the reason for the decrease was based on my entire credit scores which she says affected my credit limit to decrease. She suggested contacting Equifax or trans union for credit scoring. I told her I am registered to both credit bureau with alert to credit decrease on my score and so far my score is good (700) and I also told her that I just go credit increase from option Canadian from $500 to $2500 also this month, so I don’t possibly believe it got something to do with my credit score. How do you base your credit decrease when the client is actually paying good and no past due amount? By decreasing credit limit twice within the 2 months, You are actually hurting your client’s credit scoring regardless telling your client, there is wrong the way they pay but lowering their limits with different reason won’t help in building better credit review. I’m planning to close this PC financial Mastercard account, keeping it may ruin my credit more than building it better. Who knows, maybe next month they have a different reason when they decided to decrease my limit to $500. Might as well close it

It is the only credit card I have used where I cannot access my OVERPAID credit card and have to wait 3-4 business days to speak to someone in security about how to unlock my account. Customer Service agents are patronizing about how they "know how frustrating this must be" and that someone will call me in 3-4 business days instead of solving the problem while my overpaid account is locked and their excuse is that I cannot remember how I set up my account to begin with. Unbelievable. An hour wait to have nothing resolved and my overpaid account still locked. If I could, I would rate it 0 stars.
Wow, I have a number of credit cards. The one I definitely would not recommend would be any Presidents Choice card. They will give you credit limit increases and then take them away the next month. This has happened to me twice. Also, online statements only go back 24 months where most credit card companies go back seven years. I had to pay $10 per statement to get the ones I couldn’t print out. And then they told me it would take 5 to 10 business days. It only took me 3 days to get the right person on the phone to get them printed off in the first place. I normally don’t make posts like this but this company is out to lunch
I have been waiting for my card since February. I applied for the card because the offer looked good and my supermarket of choice is NoFrills. Even though I sent in my full Proof of Income Statement as soon as I received the request, I heard nothing for 5 weeks. The first time I finally phoned to follow up, they initially said I sent the wrong documents. They checked again with me on the line and said that they were the right documents after all, sorry for the delay and that the team would work on it and call me back. After they didn't call back, I phoned them and they once again told me they would send it to the appropriate team. They did call me back this time and said again I sent the wrong documents. I asked if they could check again and they said that they could not and I could only resend the documents again. It is now approaching 6 weeks and it still does not look like I will get my credit card anytime soon.

They do not help their customer if they have problems with chargeback. They are on the company's side, not their customer's. I'm cancelling their card. I would rather use my visa. They charge my account interest charges without my knowledge. Terrible customer service.
Customers service is the worst and, honestly, for the amount of money they approve you is not worth it. Go with Walmart rewards Mastercard.
