happy with point earning and the amount of items that are available for using the points on. I have contruibted many points to vacations and it was worth it
I had a very memorable experience with RBC on Sunday, March 20, 2022. My reason for calling RBC was to utilize my reward points for travel. Michelle, employee # 8030859 was the Representative. She was patient in explaining the procedures, methodical in ensuring she received accurate information for the flight and extremely personable and professional.
Michelle should be applauded for demonstrating that a delightful customer experience will always engender repeat business, referrals and customer retention.
