Each time I call by phone the customer service, I wait at least 40 minutes before someone answers me. Unbelivable
I tried to reach customer service Waiting time 45 min No answer very unprofessional company I cannot believe a company like Costco would choose such an unprofessional company

I wasted over four hours trying to contact customer service by telephone and online chat. The two times I connected to online chat I waited 25 minutes while they transferred me to another department on both occasions it timed out and dropped the session. I have since paid off the balance and cut the card up. I have another MasterCard sourced elsewhere which Costco assures me I can use. NEVER AGAIN the absolute worst customer service anywhere.
Very unprofessional.
I tried to reach customer service and was transfers 5 times with no use.

After an upgrade on September 18th, I 'm missing 7k from my account. I have tried to call multiple times to resolve this but every time I was unable to reach out.
On my 3rd attempt, I managed to get through after 1h 15 min waiting on the phone. Representative (too bad I didn't catch the name, just seemly hang up).
I had a better opinion about Capital One, but after this will definitely consider switching to another bank.

Impossible to have someone over the phone. waiting time is over 2 hours and cut off.
I should cancel this card
Shop at Costco in Burlington recently. Capital One credit card not accepted. Why did Costco switch to Capital One?
Totally rip off!! Charged the fee that is not right!!
Charged the over limit fee where I could not find the date of transaction where the fee occurred, have to call the customer service several times.
They need to fix their record!!
Not recommended to use this credit card
I need to close this card, no benefit at all!!

Love getting cash back in January. It's the time of year I appreciate cash back most. Nothing else to say on the subject.
My card got locked by a faulty transit system automated payment machine.
Trying to get a new card confirm one coming. No one picks up at any time. Gave up after waiting 1 hour multiple times.
They have literally ten people at their call centre. Now I know how they pay for the more generous bonus points under this card. They fired almost everyone in the call centre.
I never had this issue with canadian bank credit cards but their cash rewards are not as generous.
