I have had a very good experience with Scotiabank the rate was good and the experience with my bank was very good. However I haven't always had this experience. It depends on the advisor that I deal with at the bank.
The mortgage process went smoothly rates are fine. Customer service has always been great mortgage can be seen in online banking

We have a person who looks after our account who is excellent. The standard service is no better than any other bank. The prepayment option online is really good. Extra money can be added very easily and is instantly applied to the principle.
