They are pretty average in every aspect. Nothing that makes them stand out. Average mortgage rates and lending criteria and everything.
The mortgage process was fine. Rate was okay. However due to other issues with RESP's i will not be renewing with this lender and pulling all ties with this bank in the near future.

I believe the bank is overcharging the customers for the interest rates that they provide. The bank reps should have better training.
