Mortgage options near the end of the mortgage were clearly outlined.The customer service advisor was helpful in suggesting the best way to finish off the mortgage while we were waiting for some inheritance to come in.
The Royal Bank was very helpful in answering any questions and when we applied for the mortgage. Also very helpful in explaining how we can bring it down faster.

Great customer service, good clarification on mortgage rates and online payments. Bank service person was very patient and knew her stuff.
They were pretty straightforward to deal with. They explained all the details we needed to know when making a decision if we wanted a fixed or variable mortgage. The mortgage shows up in our online banking and haven't had a issue with it.
