Terrible to discharge, screwed it up, dragged it out for six months, had to continually follow up. Extra fees trouble.

The Interest rate too high and was increased a few years ago with no recourse.Was not too happy when that happened
All questions were answered. Explanations were clear. The rate was competitive. Mortgage was setup properly. Requested a signing bonus which was provided.
