MCAP Fixed Mortgage Consumer Reviews

Before choosing MCAP, we had seen bad reviews online, as well one broker said he didn't deal with them specifically as they're "difficult to work with".
My experience has been the total opposite. I've contacted them a few times with questions over the first few years of my mortgage, never had to wait more than a few minutes to talk to a representative, all of whom have been extremely friendly and helpful. As well, all my requests were addressed and solutions were delivered in a timely manner.
Most of all - we have an awesome rate! Among the cheapest, we've heard of!

I went through a mortgage broker and he recommended MCAP due to the low-interest rates. I like to do my research so I compared them to several other banks and my broker compared interest costs over the 5-year term, and I couldn't resist the savings! I was approved and signed with them in 2 days and the mortgage details made it to my lawyer quickly. Once my term is up I can shop around again for a different lender if they offer a better rate but because of how simple my experience has been I think I will stay put. Honestly, my broker did all the communication, MCAP just takes the payment directly from my bank account and I don't need to contact them for much other than making extra payments, which I do online and haven't had any issues. 5-Stars!

I have been happy so far with the service, we have had a positive experience with this company. Their rates are very competitive and fair. I would recommend them to friends and family.
